	Meet The Director Lillian Easterly-Smith (left) is the founding director and, in my opinion, foremost servant of LifeCare Christian Center.  With an extensive background in building successful care ministries, she, along with a family-like team of care providers, launched LifeCare on June 30, 2007. I've had the privilege and joy of not just witnessing what she does, but getting to know who she really is as well.  Lillian consistently lives out an example of how Jesus loves the Church.  I've observed her love for individuals, the beautiful impact she has on and through other people, and the way her care and love have changed me, personally, and given me deeper understanding of God's own care and character and love for me.  God has used Lillian in my life to usher me into a more authentic presence with Him.  This deeper authenticity I have with Him has caused me to grow in my comprehension of unconditional love and my ability to live out unconditional love toward others. As Lillian, herself, thrives in an authentic relationship with God, she brings the type of leadership to LifeCare that provides a truly functional family atmosphere of help, hope and healing.
